   Cleaning Services

 
Contract Cleaning has become a skilled and professional business which requires up-to-the minute cleaning equipment, trained staff and good management to ensure that it functions efficiently and successfully. The service that Edan’s cleaning services provides covers all normal aspects of a cleaning and hygiene service

 Residential Cleaning

 Edan’s Cleaning Services understands the importance of your home’s image and appearance. We believe that our trained professionals can provide you with the highest level of performance on a consistent basis. Our rates range between $40.00 to $150.00 (based on size of home and frequency of cleaning)

We provide a wide range of residential cleaning services, including daily/weekly/biweekly/monthly cleaning services. All of our home packages include the following basic service:

Sweep and mop all rooms

  • Vacuum carpets
  • Upholstery dusted and vacuumed
  • Dust furniture, wipe cabinets
  • Dust and clean wall hangings such as mirrors, frames, clocks
  • Remove cobweb; dust ceiling fans
  • Clean entry door windows
  • Clean kitchen – sinks, countertops and appliances
  • Clean bathroom -- toilets, tubs and showers.

Additional service includes:

  • Put dishes in dishwasher / wash dishes
  • Replace, wash and fold linens
  • Refrigerator and oven cleaning

We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment; replace trash bags and remove trash. We also sanitize all sinks.

Office Cleaning

Edan’s cleaning Services provides commercial cleaning and janitorial services on a contract basis to small and medium-sized businesses. We are working toward our mission of building a strong base of satisfied client and a recognized name that will define proactive service in the marketplace,

Our rates range between $50.00 to $250.00 (based on size of office and frequency of cleaning)

All of our office packages include the following basic service:

  Sweep and mop all floors

  • Vacuum carpets
  • Dust and clean horizontal surfaces, cleared surfaces of desk, chairs, tables, filing cabinets, furniture and unobstructed work areas)
  • Sanitize telephones
  • Empty and damp wipe ashtrays and waste receptacles.
  • Replace and empty garbage bags
  • Clean and Sanitize bathrooms.
  • Sanitize and polish all water fountains.
  • Surface clean kitchen area

Replacement of soaps, bath tissues, will be added to your invoice, unless furnished by your firm.

Additional service includes:

  • Light wax
  • Shampoo carpet
  • Carpet stain removal
  • Deep cleaning of kitchen
